The term "strict constructionist" refers to the Supreme Court interpretation of law. He misuses the context and then tries to accuse Ron Paul of being unconstitutional for explicitly for following the constitution.

I know he did, that was the point of my comment. I think it is important for journalists to do their jobs and ask hard questions. However, what I do not agree with is this leftist-commie hit-and-run journalists do. This is the same crap the little wannabe socialists do in Boston. And the right wing, with their Fox News are no better, so don't think I'm one of them either. Ron Paul was censored by the media, and this is an example of character assassination when he had a mainstream opportunity.
