13:07 good British accent. I'm English and it was pretty much how they sound at London Heathrow. Also at LHR I had a similar experiance where my dad thought we were flying from A gate, but it turned out to be B gate or something and we had to exit and go round security again. 'What the crap' is definatly needed here!!!!!!!
