Each week I prepare and plan my food. I use large and small containers to help me control my portions. I don't just eat these foods I obviously eat more than what is shown in this video but I just wanted to show you how I prepare my large and more time consuming meals. Clean eating is so important and I do not ever feel deprived on what I am eating. If friends are going out for pizza yes I might have a slice BUT I get back into eating clean right away.

Great video Joelle! I do pretty much the same thing. At least with all my veggies. Chop them quick and then pack them away! It's great. I always forget about potatoes as a food. Maybe I should eating those sometime. Sweet potatoes are pretty delicious. Have fun eating all your prepared food this week! Yum!
