Was sad to see this one go. That blond gal at the end rather resembled someone I took French classes with in high school, so I checked the cast list on imdb and what do you know, it's the same person! Apparently she's also had cameo in the 1st episode of Californication. Not a bad start!

For each episode the writers tossed a dice and chose one of the 6 plot lines:

1: Christian or Sean or both fuck Julia or Kimber or both.

2: Sean quits the practice, but not really.

3: Everyone is terrorized by a serial slasher, or an organ-stealing drug smuggler.

4: Liz has sex with a man, or sex with a woman, or sex with a turkey baster.

5: Somebody gets murdered and fed to crocodiles.

6: Somebody has the wrong genitals, or Matt fucks up his life, or Matt fucks somebody with the wrong genitals.

Oh my god, I just finished the series and I'm so sad that it ended. But I guess it's as they say, all good things come to an end at some point.

maybe it sound stupid i dont know, but this last episode helpt me to let go of my best friend( he's now living in another country,far away, to make his dreams come true) and not to be sellfish. even if it hurtsssss so thank u for this... thats love

this show is now over from about 2 years and people still wanted,still write on youtube videos, still talk about it,still mising it.why don't they arrange a 7th season,were shean comes back to the USA with his mind changed,and start working again with his partner chainging location, and start working in some place were they really need plastic surgeons,like Africa.

that's will be a great new starting for this series.HOLLYWOOD LET ME WRITE THE 7th SEASON OF NIP/TUCK (but don't stole me the ideas)

What would have made a better finale is the following:

1. Christian goes to prison for the first crime he & Sean commited and suffers in incarceration.

2. Sean leaves the country and would go to prison if he ever came back.

3. Matt redeems himself and gets married to someone who doesn't bring him down.

This was a great show but had a really dull ending. Sean was the only one that had a life-changing event. Only had Christian & Matt had better endings, it might have been a better finale.

This ending broke my heart. I was hoping they would move back to Florida.

I miss this show so much.

It's too bad they wanted pay raises, or they could have kept it going.

@batboyjhg But,since the end of season 2-Matt was pretty much fucked up for life. And by season 5,he was totally over the ledge. He got waaay to attached to to any woman that said hello to him,and no matter how much it all blew up in his face,he never once got the ability to learn or change from the twisted tapestry he was making of his life. Good luck to him,but I still wish Christian spotted him at the airport, dragged his arse home and into a councelling chair to hopefully sort him out!

@batboyjhg Yeah,that is true man, offering himself to her like that seemed to be the only sign of release on his face I saw in ages. But he will be a pathetic subservient to a person he knows will never love him,Avas only into him because she gets off on how he feels for her-its not mutual. Then of course,theres the matter of fact that hes taking his daughter along with somebody who used to shag her adopted teenage son. I wudda liked to have seen him get a better ending with somebody better.
