You could do better. It's good that you enter the curve from the outside, but staying in the outside of the curve while in the curve just increases distance traveled. Stay inside of the curves when racing. Unless it's a linked curve. Also releasing the gas pedal and pressing it abruptly will upset the balance of the car; thereby losing some traction. Keep the application of the gas moderately fast. And try to find a balance of optimum torque you'd want to supply your wheels by controlling revs.
