  • what the fuck is Pippen doing? Did he expect Sabonis to drive up the court with the ball?

  • @NickXLRG Even John Stockton made bad passes. Sabonis won three World Championships in Europe. He has nothing left to prove to you or anyone else for that matter about his talent/skill set. Don't judge a book by its cover.

  • just was Sabonis mistake .

  • @ryantxq03t no, he expected a decent pass

  • I think Pippen was expecting to get a strong wrist pass and he already started running. Stop with the rage.

  • @ryantxq03t No he expected him to give him the ball not throw it out of bounds. You ever play ball? Sabonis made a bad pass plain and simple no excuses. He made a bonehead pass like that so don't try to excuse it. Saboins knew he did; he got to cute. #1 rule make the easy pass/ play. If Sabonis wasn't tired because he was out of shape he would have lead him not thrown it behind him. Do you know Basketball at all?

  • truth is.. both of these guys were badasses for the blazers back in the day. Sabonis was just turnin his swag on. I bet when he passed it he said, STEVE NASH!

  • @ryantxq03t

A pass on the run perhaps?

  • @Trinidadian125 Very true. One errant pass in an otherwise storied Hall-of-Fame career. No Arvidas Sabonis = No Western Conference Final appearance in 2000 for the Blazers.

  • @ryantxq03t Not at all. He expected Sabonis to do the American-taught fundamental thing taught to all centers: Pivot out of the post away from the help-line and throw the outlet pass to the lead hand of the wing pushing the ball up the court if there is no defender playing the passing lane down the court in the opposite direction; in this case, Pippen's left hand to start the break.

  • @nismotech Stepping out of Jordan's shadow to lead his own team to the brink of elimination vs. overrated 2000 Lakers. No Tim Donaghy or Hue Hollins = No ring for the '99-'00 Lakers.

  • @ryantxq03t

The real question is "WTF is the 6 time world champion Pippen doing on the Blazers?!"
