Reality is abstract, pure, invisible. The illusion is what seems to be real to the senses, yet all of what seems real to the senses is transitory, impermanent. The body dissolves into nothingness. We are spirit, invisible, eternal.
We see the body ageing, weakening, dying, yet if we had no mirror and no ailments we would not be aware of age because we are eternal. That which is real and lasting is invisible, and that which is visible does not last.
