Nice playing, i study a lot on that book too!

Try to leave a real 16th rest before the low E note (the one of the chromatic link E-F-F#|G at the end of the first slap pattern) instead of playing a mute note.

(i use to play the mute note like you, so it's just bassists-exchange not crithics)

Even if it's not actually a mistake, i think is very effective on the groove-keeping, but it's unexpectably harder.

So just try, it was a little-big surprise for me!

hey iggy, no I did not, this is one my weeky assignments I got from my bassteacher. glad you liked it! You should post your version sometimes, It's cool to see how other bass players aproach the same song.
