Nice truck... same as mine :-) Which gearing do you use and whats is the exact type of the Dewalt motor ? Did you get problems with the brushes ?

would have never thought that a Dewalt would take 5S!!!! That is a LOT of power going into a brushed motor.

So how does the speed/torque compare to the stock motor? also, is the motor's physical size the same?

TORQUE about 10 times stock
