But it's ok to have black clubs that don't let white people in right? Fucking hypocrite equat treatment doesn't mean special treatment. And Black history month is a fucking joke and completely insulting as a native american. When is our history month? Why are you so special? If you ask me I think we a re a little more deserving of it. Yeah slavery sucked but let me tell you about annihilation.

Why is all this happening here. I used to live there as a child...decades ago. Don't wanna say how old i am but...this is horrible. I'm very depressed cuz I want to move back. Peoria was peaceful and no racial problems before. I'm sad.

Yes, I am ignorant to the events that led up to this.
What led up to this?
Do tell.

First of all black people were denied entry based on the name brand of their clothing. If you wear any brand made by a black designer (rocawear, sean john, enyce, akademics, etc.), you are not allowed entry into this club. It doesnt matter, even if its a polo or a button up shirt.

Secondly black people who had already been in the club were being kicked out once the were already in the club for this so called dress code. No refund, no explanation, no nothing. Once the protest started the police told us we were not allowed to stand on a PUBLIC sidewalk. When they began putting there hand on people, this was the result.
