Freaking I've been going to this gym almost a year now. I gotta say its a cool place to train, very clean, good equipment. But its a little to much "Family" what I mean by that is, too many little kids in the way on Saturdays. . . And its impossible to buy a t-shirt there, or even gym trunks. The clothing he showed on the wall, not there. It mite have one or two tshirts up. And its been like that for months. . . Anyways its a good gym for what I am paying every month.

ScrapZero - If Joe Stevenson was ever stupid enough to fight Craig Buchanan, the only thing I'd foresee beating Joe to the nearest emergency room would be the headlights of his ambulance. Go ahead and like the guy because he's an MMA figure, and he's on TV, but make no mistake about it... Craig Buchanan will drop Joe Stevenson's ass like a hot rock....
