After hours of tracking, I finally found Club Penguin's mascot, Rockhopper waddling around on the english server; Polar.

I received his, what appears to be his new background he brought with him, and his 'Meeting Rockhopper' stamp along with it!

Now, I am finding Rockhopper all the time with http://ClubPenguinCheatz.com's Rockhopper tracker, only on their site!
