re fucking spect to AoN

@jasmith101 I am fully aware of everything you said, I have been collecting AoN vinyl (and now CD's) since the start of their existence (so long ago!) and am also a hardcore prodigy fan, never seen AoN live but have seen Prodigy a few times :)

Funny you mention Prodigy, they sampled Close to the Edit for Firestarter! I completely missed the 'rise' of Prodigy and heard them first with Firestarter in the game Wipeout XL. Thought it was new AoN. It wasn't of course, but Mind-Blown nonetheless.
Beat Box seems to be a standard for AoN, I remember there being a different version/mix/arrangement on many of their albums. It was interesting to see what they did with it each time, kinda like Tubular Bells.

The Art Of Noise got me into music . 30 odd years later I still think they are the best band EVER. Prodigy & Altern8 are by 2nd & 3rd faves :)

I love how every single person is smiling in this video.
Damn now this is great music man.

WOWWWW that was Anne Dudley on the piano at the end. She is the one i've been hearing for 25 years playing those classic licks on Beatbox, Catwalk, Promenades 1 and 2 and of course the haunting Art of Noise classic Island. They were so young in this clip. That's how they all looked when they created those masterpieces. Don't forget the drummer. He got us deep into Art too here in the clubs of New York City. Eventhough I was young when Art came out, I still recognized their brilliance.

@robotechian23rd of course white boys CAN funk my friend. Not only Art of Noise.....but also Average White Band, David Sanborn and many more.

JJ looked then like how Trevor Horn looks now, odd.
Where did this come from? Was this off that Lazerdisc live recording released to go with the tour? Wonder how much that's worth today?
