This is a live performance of my tune Waste This from my album Small Town Eyes:

Filmed at my album launch party gig at Bush Hall in London on Feb 28th 2010. The audio is just off the camera mic (I screwed up and didn't get the desk tape!) so excuse that.

Big thanks to my awesome band:

Drums: Tom Meadows
Bass: Svetlana Vassileva
Guitar: Dario Cortese (B-Bender Telecaster, cool!)
Keys: Tim Jackson
Backing Vocal: Susan Blair

Thanks to all the people that came along, it really was a cracking gig, I had an awesome time and am really happy that we got the record off to a good start! ;)

Yes, I will have lesson up for this song sometime soon.

Thanks for watching and take care, J.

  • Ha ha, just sat through an ad to see my own video!

  • I was hoping to hear more electric guitar on the album, I've heard only a few songs, but they were all acoustic. What's the deal there ?

  • @Soliduspln ummm well mostly I play acoustic for the album... sorry, if I'd known you were hoping to hear more electric I would have changed the direction of the album ;)

  • Where is our You Tube greeting from your gig? Brilliant filming, brilliant band but stop worrying about getting into those silly charts...

  • I have totally stopped worrying about getting into those silly charts. That bird has flown. I'm too busy to waste time worrying about stuff like that longer than a few days! ;)

  • Is the bassist bulgarian or russian?

  • Svet is Bulgarian.

  • I didn't take a camera, what was the point it was being filmed anyway? Justin played and sang last piece solo, I think he left most of us in a trance. I would like to hear it again but not seen it on You Tube. I was standing near the front, to his left. Seems such a waste of a talent that he doesn't get out and do more gigs.

  • Bootiful music - skills (",)

  • Every afternoon I have met you for the past 5 years and I can recognize you as my teacher. Strange that someone who teached me so much doest know me, youre like John Lennon, my biggest tutor after Justin Sandercoe.

Thank you for the good times and i wish you the best of luck in your life en your music. Peace and Love!

  • Spot on mate. That's the kind of tune you kick back with a pint of New Castle, a pipe full of black leaf, and let the stress of the day just bleed off. Bloody good job.

  • @JustinSandercoe Whoa Deep Purple Reference?! :D

  • I appreciate your dedication to great music and your willingness to pass on the knowledge. Thanks so much!
