@veyronfanatic29 Your paying 70 Grand for the performance. This car is not for daily driving, If the whole idea of this car is for it to be lightweight, why would they add the hundred pounds or so of hydrolics?

you pay $70,000 and you done EVEN GET A POWER ROOF???
-
@xevious2501 ok
-
you may hate the roof, but trust me, its better to have than not have at all.
rains sneek up on all of us convertible types. Yet contrary to popular belief YOU CAN drive in the rain. (just stay above 50mph.) and thats in a moderate regular rain, drizzle isnt anything at all. but a major downpour you do gota pull over.
My saleen speedster is fantastic, drives in the rain no prob, but unlike todays cars i have to remove the tonneau to put the top up and the tonneau cant be stored in the boot

i think the soft top looks awesome.

one fine day while enjoying my boxster s, im gonna drive by an spyder owner fiddling w/ the roof in the midst of a heavy rain storm, interior soaked, trunk soaked, clothes soaked and lmfao - watta joke ...

The Spyder really needs an aftermarket removable hardtop so the car can serve as a daily driver as well as a track day and Sunday driver.
damn i hate the roof.
