river phoenix was a wonderful and very handsome actor... in this movie river was 14 years old and played chris chambers... unfortunately he died because of drugs... :'(

It's very rare that I call

a movie "perfect", but I think of Stand By Me as a "perfect" movie.

There's just one thing I half to know, that snapshot of Vern eating at the kitchen, it's Vern alright, the same haircut, same shirt, but I don't remember that scene in the movie.

Why not?

Plus, there's a fansite listed in the cobor, what's the name of it? I wondered if there wasn't any cut scenes from Stand By Me or not. It's stuff like this they should add to the DVD!

Wow, great vid,editing and yes this is one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE Movies...I usually don't like aucoustic..Love the foo fighters though, it fit perfectly! Well done:XD
