Time to take a few minutes to relax and center ourselves!

This is a compilation of videos and still that I took over the past few months. The Guitar solo was originally written and performed by John Denver, it is called 'late winter, early spring' and was one of my favorite guitar solos growing up.

  • I love the footage of my squirrel friend Scrat in particular!

  • Didn't you love the "SMELL MY FINGER" sniff Scrat did? I think he was expecting me to smell like a PINENUT and not a BoyNut!

  • Music had a different feel back in the day. JD's in particular, was a call to those who enjoy nature for what it is. He embodied a part of Earth that no one else I've known since has been able to do. This piece is the signature of that embodiment.

  • havn't heard this since the seventies thankyou so very much it brings back a lot of memories of my childhood and growing up found this extemly moving again thankyou God bless you

Okay... I have to comment. It was the best of times... It was the worst of times... for this, at the time 10year old boy who I was able to enjoy this piece along with the rest of the LP cassette it came from while my older sister and hubby drove up and over the Sierras back in 73'. It was when you could say Nixon, Viet Nam, and John Denver, all in the the same sentence. It was, and still is, a very moving piece.

  • FYI/BTW

Actually two guitarists and a piano... Mike Taylor, and Dick Kniss did the guitar work! Excellent

  • This guitar solo has 2 guitars playing. Wouldn't that make it a duet? Regardless, it is the most soothing piece I've ever heard.

  • Footage choices are wonderful. Music? Inspired!

  • Great song but the background noise was distracting. This is part of the Season Suite group of songs on the Rocky Mountain High album. I'm not sure how ocean life relates to that. Very good song though.

  • You're welcome Sharkie:)

  • Yay ! One for my Nature playlist, thanks Santa

  • Wow!

You said it all in a sentence!!
