My training rootein consists of 30minute Run, Breakfast, 2-3 hour gym workout, (5days a week) Dinner(Low fat High protein) Day to Day Stuff, Then a 1 hour run, Increasing speed every 10minutes, Shower, My main meal of the day consists of Lots of Protein, Little Carbs, Lots of Veg, and Little fat, Then Wait a few hours, do another 2 hours at Gym, and then protein shake(90% suplimant great for pure muslce building) and i currently have an 8 Pack. Its rootein, not Diet...

I do these like 7-10 times a day, there are many usefull websites who discuss about these workouts. i have found alot of info at future-games(.)nl and i think its possible to gain alot of muscles in just a month.
