  • That is what I have heard....only successful really in large wood and clear cuts...the grapple does serve a purpose,

  • @brokepro Or you could say life saving scum i have worked for this company and most Hookers would rather not rig under the 234 because of its heavy downwash that can cause snags to fall down and widow makers to fall from trees. And often times they are in the woods a safe distance helping guide the 234 to the next log.

  • @jjsandersheli yes one grapple replaces a whole choker crew. With that big of a chopper with close flights your talking what 15-30 paychecks.
