ICC judges have set 1st September 2011 as the date when hearings on confirmation of post election violence charges against Wiliam Ruto, Henry Kosgey and Joshua Sang shall start. At the start of the ICC cases in the Hague, judges warned the Ocampo six that warrants of arrest will be issued against them if they engaged in inciting speeches.

@PalomaGustavo1 Mind your language, you do not need to swear, you are communicating to the global audience. These guys particularly Ruto needs to make a hasty retreat to normalcy. This is real; it is not a shaggy dog story as he seems to purport. People lost their lives, people were maimed and some murdered. It is unfortunate that he is still trying the same ploy in court.
