no; If you hit Magaki's arrenge, their floating fireballs lose their hit value (they go useless); it's too much weaker.

You mean Tizoc NOT fall breaking?
I completely agree, but either way, you're dead from chip damage if you do fall break then block.
However, since Tizoc has almost 5 Stocks, it is possible to constantly Guard Cancel Evade to preserve life.

He has practically no combo ability and his non-projectile moves can be seen a mile away. His strengths lie in filling the screen with slow-moving clouds and teleporting spheres, or his spark shield if the opponent gets past. His DM simply turns him slightly translucent but his LDM is a 100% guaranteed hitter. Luckily it can be blocked but the guard damage is still ass.

it's NOT adjustment... cause Magaki is using by a player... when he's fighting as boss, keep his endurance... like ALL boss...

Those characters that use Special Moves are definitely the hard ones.
