Hi Point 45 Rapid Fire. Shooting 9 rounds in 3 seconds

I shoot this magazine with my left hand. Did 9 shots in 3 seconds. This weapon shoots straight, has a good trigger and lots of firepower. No FTL or FTF in several hundred rounds. Note, human shaped target. It is loose, similar to many other reliable weapons. Cartridges don't stove pipe. Gobbles up reloads. Think of it as a poor mans version of a Glock. The magazine holds nine rounds. The biggest downside is that it weighs about 42 ounces unloaded, making the recoil just moderate.

They're a good gun but ungodly bulky and ugly as sin because they are a blowback design. Great for personal defense but will get you teased at the range.

I bought a Hi Point 45 about 3 years ago I have put around 700 rounds through it... had one FTF but was probably the ammo(TulAmmo).Other than that it's been great. If you got no money but want a decent gun get a Hi Point!.

ive had hi-points from way back when the comp-any was started[before hi-points were polymer framed[and i know some troll is gonna say[but the ones now arent the original company]i know this.same basic weapon.different materials.and the old ones[WERE REALLY JUNK]and i think thats what everyone is really thinking of.the past reputation.

Hi point are some of the most well-rounded guns. For the price, caliber options, and effectiveness it almost can't be beat... But the old school 1911..... That's the most badass pistol design ever made. If I could afford one of those, I'd have a 1911. But I can't, so it's a Hi Point 45 + 15 round magazine = 225 bucks

@hackman1911 uhhh, there a quite a few vids with a lot more then 9 going though without a jam, so apparently it is possible.
