  • I am a Zombie, I found my job as a Zombie CEO on The Ladders.

I love The Ladders. Did I mention that I am a Zombie and have pledged total allegience to The Ladders. As a Zombie CEO, I do everything The Ladders tells me to. And, I eat the flesh of recruiters and applicants on other search firms, such as Monster and

Jobs search. I also can use MS Excel and Powerpoint.

  • I doubt they have 50% placement

  • Why did the older guy with the moustache need to be on The Ladders for *16* months!? Seems like an aweful long time to be looking for a job.

  • Their placement rate is .5%!!! No lie! Google 'the ladders rip-off' and seek an article at 'the headhunters' called 'the ladders - going down' from two years ago. The Ladders is nothing more than a scam!

  • The people are dressed just fine. Different jobs required different dress styles. I know CEOs who don't dress formally at all unless with clients and their company flourishes. At the end of the day, it's all about company environment, size, and overall culture of the industry. People on the interviews are dress fine.

  • Maybe if you are searching for a 100k job and you are incapable of obtaining one, you shouldnt be searching for one. Perhaps all you people are really just 30k people. Good luck and god bless.

  • It was surprising to me of the lack of quality in interviewee's clothing and general personal presentation. Only one of the main candidates appearance was reasonable in a professional environment. Ladders should understand that those being presented are also a "product" of The Ladders.
