@TheGlearning yes the accent is different, just like people from Paris don't speak like people from Marseille.it's got a lot to do with the fact that we didn't have a lot of contact with each other from 1760 to 1960(more or less)

They are Canadian Forces. and the missile did not fail. it has a two stage trigger that needs to be held down while the missile is in flight. if the trigger is released the missile dives down and deactivates the bomb. for safety reasons obviously. you will hear two clicks. one is the trigger being pressed the other one is the release. then the missile dives down. the video was shot on a Canadian range. not in Afghanistan.
