LOL! We all get caught by whistles or hisses, no matter how experienced, King George the Fifth once nearly dumped me on the line at Minehead with a sudden hiss, it happens to the most experienced railway enthusiast. Good on you for showing the whole thing with such "impact", it enhances it and brings the event to life.
York is such a great location and what a wonderful engine, a great shot of that tapered boiler.
