  • "When the Missionaries arrived, the Africans had the Land and the Missionaries had the Bible. They taught us how to pray with our eyes closed. When we opened them,

they had the land and we had the Bible." Jomo Kenyatta

Colonialists have raped our nation and continent of our most precious assets, and sabotaged our future out of spite.

Now they deny their responsibility to us.

They must not be forgiven or forgotten.

  • @CesarManiaX what is better? stone age, or a world controlled by psychopaths and fear? full of corruption and lies. I rather have " the stone age" economical model, that allows creativity and freedom of culture than this western system. buy inventing the gun just showed how primitive u r. living in fear.

  • @JomoKitale - Kenya has been independent in 1963, all your land and natural resources are still there. Since then Africa has received far more foreign aid than any other region in the world, more than $300 billion USD, yet most states are effectively bankrupt, weighed down by debt, and failing to provide even minimum public services. Africa has created it own mess, so quit chasing colonial ghosts and take responsibility for your own self-inflicted problems for a change.

  • @tmaz0126 Except they'd tell the Sioux and other Amerindian children ''pick white names''. This was also done in other parts of the west such as former Spanish colonies in Latin America. Africans doing this. White Britons and Europeans don't even want you to do this. They don't want you to steal your own cultures by doing this. African missionaries are westernizing your culture even though they aren't westerners & the former colonizers gave up or severely minimized Christianity in their society!

  • @Sizomu Kenyans have control over their own country now. Do you know that even up to today throughout the African continent African-owned schools with African teachers in private Protestant schools tell students to pick a ''Christian'' name. Whether it be Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, ect. Watch ''Battle of Wounded Knee'' (lots of Youtube clips on it). As was a common practice by Christian missionaries providing free schooling in Amerindian areas of the US in the late-1800's, they did the same thing.

  • @tmaz0126 Likewise, although in another context, Islam can be viewed similarly in Africa. The difference is though is that all Muslims around the world who are not Arab (and I mean ''Arabian'', not Arabized Berbers or Sudanese), is Islam has been present in larger capacities in Northern and Eastern Africa for a longer period of time. The problem is Islamis in naturally hierarchal to Arabic culture and language which either makes other Muslims marginalized or encourage to lie about their identity

  • @tmaz0126 By living by the Bible (well, not that all Kenyan Christians or Christians period do), it is indirectly ascribing to the colonialism and exploitation of the past as right. This is a contradiction many people with views similar to yourself forget. The more important reality is that Africa is no different than any other continent on earth in that they've always had immense contact across the globe and internally in their own continent.

  • @JomoKitale I agree with what you're saying. I am white and not African or British. I say though why keep this Bible than? It is now Kenyans who embrace western Christianity much more than Britons and those former European colonizers today. Not that Christianity wasn't in Africa actually even longer than Europe (esp. Ethiopia). But the Christianity practiced in Kenya is not indigenous. Religion is not separate from culture, globalization and politics. Religion is a reflection of human contact.

  • @CesarManiaX

even if what you say is true, the Africans would have been ruling over their own nations, living on their own terms, not another civilization's terms

  • If Europeans never touched Africa, the blacks would still be living in the stone age

  • @Veritatis61 you sound so stupid .. they used those resources have ou seen the gold exhibit they made seats and crowna dn intricate art of pure gold africans are known for iron smelting and ou can see it in the british museum people didnt just live in mud huts and those that do like in india the americas etc and even parts of europe wher people lived in what you call rustic homes because itss european did so because it suits the environment dumb ass man places are built in stone as well so stfu
