  • Dude...why does it matter?

  • @bobina321

Ever wondered why videos often end up getting taken down when people are sure it falls under fair use?

  • >How do you put a comical spin on something that's already comedy

It's been done before, there's an entire community made that does this.

  • I usually hate people who use the fair use card these days. That is why I hate most of the anime fan base, that they don't know anything how copyright infringement works.

  • @RocMegamanX You may disagree with it, but that's the way these screwy laws are

  • @Akriloth2160 Hmm. i suppose you're corrdct.

  • LOL

In addition, it's not even a full episode, just a short clip from one. If it was a full episode, then people could just go there to watch it for free, but the most a short segment would do is make people interested in seeing the full thing...which is free advertising.

  • It fine it full ep or movie uploading clips are a ok.

  • One thing I'd disagree with: "Even if you don't make money off it, it's still copyright infringement."

I disagree with that part of copyright law, because if we're not making money off someone else's intellectual property, why punish us for using it anyway?
