This was filmed for a female related post on 70sBig.com (Jan 23, 2012). It goes over some cues that can be used on the push-up, but these cues are usable on the bench or dips (and some cues can be used on press). The primary idea is to keep the trainee's shoulders in a good externally rotated position to distribute the load effectively across the structures.
I seriously laughed out loud when the dog came in.
