  • @denbro24 Zinn wasn't a historian. He even admitted the fact. He was simply an anti-american socialist-justice advocate who wanted to expose the warts on u.s. history. I'd like to read of another powerful nation that was not founded through conquest or some type of social darwinism. Once you advocate ironing out the imperfections in humanity, like Zinn did, you have to implement draconian laws to carry out this vision and it runs contrary to human achievement and liberty.

  • Eric Foner is the greatest historian to ever walk this planet. Howard Zinn is a close 2nd
