    THIS is the NEW era, and whatever I can do to make it work. I'm 100% for.

    Here's an example of the change in Jersey:

    Holmdel finally got some guts and laid off 400 teachers. Oh my god, you say! 400?

    Yeah, because they had over 600 teachers for 6,800 students! from K to 8th grade. 600 teachers for 6,800 kindergardn to 8th grade students??? THATS what the unions have done to Jersey. Every one gets a salary, a pension and all the perks. THAT DAY IS DONE FOLKS !
