Oh my goodness, I am so glad I saw this vid. Was on the fone with my daughter this morning and she was saying she needs to eat more heathier, and that she is always cooking the same old things. I suggested she start using receipes. And l was looking at your hair vids and low and behold I run into this receipe vid. Thanks hon'. You gave me an idea.
