I had the honour of playing gigs with frankie in his later years. He was truly one of the "best of the best" musicians. His fiddle music was his gift and he loved to share. When my sons were young lads I took them to visit Frankie and he entertained us all in his home. We will never forget that day.

Frankie was a Great Fiddler. And, it is neat that I could have been on the camera that shot him in that performance still - at CFRN-TV. Good Ol' Nostalgia
