There is a report of ONE PERSON who shoots free throws underhand in organized basketball ... in this case ... at the High School Level. He is the Number One free throw shooter on his Varsity Basketball team. Last year, he shot 75 percent.

Canyon is the "fifth" Rick Barry son. It is reported that Brent Barry shot free throws underhand in high school and quit shooting underhand while playing at Oregon State.

A large part of the world keeps wondering why Almost No One shoots free throws underhand? I can cover my body with tatoos ... I can wear earrings on my toes ... and "other things" ... but ... there is NO WAY I'M Shooting Free Throws Underhand!

As good a day as any to create new copy for this video.
It's about Positive Thinking
Just like the website .... http://www.consultwithamaster.com
With the suggestion that success at achieving most things is accomplished in exactly the same way. Setting a goal, supplying the knowledge, skills and attitudes until it's achieved.

Turns out Andris Biedrins did not consult with a master who recommended underhand free throws. He's currently shooting less than 50 percent. I think he may have a teammate who's not that much better.

Interestingly enough, SoCooLBob, who is getting really old in basketball terms, has probably improved his free throws to about 90 percent or better, many days, in practice, of course.

I recommend underhand free throws, as ONE CHOICE, many people would benefit from exercising ... including, perhaps, Andris Biedrins.

6 weeks 70 to 80 percent free throw success rate.
