The Advent 200 is a semi-automatic plain paper labeler for round containers. Accommodating round containers that measure 3/4" to 12" in diameter, the Advent 200 can label metal, fiber, plastic and glass containers. All adjustments for positioning the label onto the container are done with easily adjustable guides. Changeovers from different size containers takes less than 5-minutes. No special tools are required. When the machine is warmed up (about 1-hour), the operator turns on the machine, feeds the bottle into the container cradle, a single label is fed and applied to the rotating container with skip glue pattern. The skip glue pattern is automatically adjusted for all length labels and provides a professional, wrinkle-free appearance. The Advent 200 is capable of labeling 20 to 35 containers per minute or approximately 10,000 containers per 8-hour shift.
