So you think the majority of the scientific community who specializes in that area are somehow in the pocket of the UN and mainstream media, aka news orgs which report actual facts. It's a 'dangerous' global agenda to find alternative sources of energy? What do u think the health and sociopolitical effects of oil and coal are? How do you think they would stack up against solar and wind? Al Gore's a hypocrite- doesn't mean he then must also be part of some half-baked conspiracy.

p.s have you heard about "no thanks. no giving." that's what a lot of young native american activist have to say about the hipocrisy, american celebration & mythologizing of the real history of the ethnic cleansing and abuse of the tribes & indiginous nations from the invasion (european invasion of america) onward...

vitrually every credible scientist on the planet believes that climate change is taking place and is in large part due to human activities, despite that incident. due to the state of politics in the u.s. most politicians here are corrupt and self serving. al gore may be another slimy politician, but that doesn't affect the reality of climate change.

I have family that works at NASA. At NASA you don't question global warming because that is your major reason for getting funded. Face it... the Space Race is over... NASSA needed a new reason to exist so they created one.

Glad you mentioned the global warming thing; I hadn't heard anything about it the leaked emails! Maybe they'll finally report it in a couple months with the corrections: "On November 1, a story reported that unemployment had increased 1% when actually it had increased 1.1%, and also, global warming is not real. We regret the error."

I'm just stating a fact here, but like Al Gore should be one to be followed and respected when he NEVER turns his lights off in his huge mansion during Earth Day and Earth Hour. He has never done it since this all hubub started.
