I SOLD ONE OF MY PARAGON CRASHES, AND BOUGHT A 16" PAISTE SIGNATURE POWER CRASH. (IT'S ON ORDER) THIS IS WHY I'M PLAYING THAT OLD, CRACKED CRAPPY ZILDJIAN ON THIS VIDEO...IT'S TEMPORARY.
ANYWAY, THIS VIDEO IS FROM TWO TAKES BECAUSE DURING THE CAPTURE OF MY BEST TAKE, MY CAMCORDER (OR COMPUTER) GLITCHED OUT THE VIDEO FOR A FEW SECONDS...SO IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS VIDEO YOU WILL SEE SOME FADES WHERE I REPLACED THE MISSING VIDEO WITH FOOTAGE FROM ANOTHER TAKE. OTHERWISE IT IS ALL ONE TAKE. GOOD TO BE BACK! GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK ON MY "OLD SCHOOL" PAISTE RIDE! LOL FREEWILL WILL BE POSTED LATER TODAY, AND WHEN MY CRASH CYMBAL GETS HERE (WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS) I WILL POST SOME MORE. ENJOY THIS VIDEO...BEFORE IT GETS PULLED!

How did you like that Paiste 2002 22" ride? I'm looking into buying a ride and I just want a drummers opinion on the cymbal.

What size is the Paragon crash that's right above your kick drum. (the one that you ride for a second at 1:55?) The same one that Neil always has mounted off of his kick. Is it a 14"? That's one of his workhorse cymbals for sure. I love the sound of a good 14 inch cymbal. Judging by the size of your hi-hats, I'm thinking it might be a 16". Just a quick question. Great drumming by the way. Just got to see my first Rush show in Nashville a month or so ago. Amazing time.
