Lmao. Just finishing up my juice fasting and about to break it. But don't think I'll go that complex with my intake. Simple seaweed soup and plain fruit like cantaloupe etc. I'm going right in to a vegetarian diet and build my metabolism in case it's a tad stunted. Don't want to gain all that crappy weight back. Agreed its a great experience and I feel great.

You should have lost much more weight than that in 34 days.....you look to have lost any where betwwen 11 and 16 lbs...where you should have lost well over 35 lbs.....me thinks you cheated and are not telling us.

Nice!!! Thanks for posting your journey. I'm preparing to start my own juice feast in 1.5 wks. Got my Omega juicer this evening and made a carrot & apple juice just for fun. Was delish!!
I especially appreciate you showing day 1, as I feel VERY lethargic and weak. You've got me jazzed up! Hopefully I'll have similar success as you. I'm a little nervous though...

Great success for you...I am very happy for you...one question, did you work out? And if so what kind of way of working out did you do? Yoga, running, weight lifting, etc. ...?

@FreshEyes22 Thank you very much! Yes, I did. Eating this way naturally makes you want to move! I did yoga, running, swimming, and/or rebounding whenever I felt the urge. It was pretty much daily after the first week. I didn't do much weight lifting, but you can if you want. Be sure to check out the my e-book if you are interested in doing a Juice Feast yourself.
