I think of it like this,

the F-22 is the new F-15, only a couple hundred are made, extremely nice combat record and an awesome unmatched jet,

the F-35 is like the F-16, still a good aircraft but not as good as the F-15 and is designed more for striking ground targets and small dogfights.

the PAK FA is like the Mig-29, only russians and foreigners think its better then the f-15, but we all know the F-15 wins

Obama is an assholes. He is cutting military medical care, cutting troops number, down size our military, and he is destroying this country.

I would also bring back the Marine's EFV programs, Army's FCS programs, and Navy's Stealth warships programs. Screw Obama for not cutting military spending oversea including the war. We need to protect this country national security. We have no business of having 900 military base in foreign nations. I want the Army to have a new assault rifles like M468, Colt ACC-M, or ACR. They would use new cartridge the 6.8 Remington. An all US special forces would use 6.5 Grendel cartridge.

My defense spending would be built more F-22 Raptor and upgraded with advance weapons system and avionics to face future threat. An I would also cut F-35 program and productions. I would upgrade F-15E to F-15SE, F-16C/D to F-16E/F Block 70, & F-18E/F Block I/II to F-18E/F Block III. I would also bring back MEADS programs and start the productions. MEADS is USA/Germany/Italy's S-400. I would use MEADS program to replace PAC-3 programs. I would also bring back FB-22 to replace F-35B/C.

I hope the F-35 programs and productions got cancel because I totally hate it that aircraft. The F-35 suck for many reason. The F-35 can't turn, can't climb, can't run, can't defeat advance sukhoi fighters, and escape from advance SAM system. It should be Pierre Sprey design a 5th Gen. Stealth fighter aircraft to replace F-35. He is mastermind of building F-16 and A-10. A lot of nations love the F-16. F-35 remind me of F-105 which got shot down a lot by NVAF Mig-17, Mig-19, Mig-21, & SA-2.
