Baked Brie in Puff Pastry is one of the most classic holiday appetizers. In French, Brie en Croute translate to "in a crust." Baked until warm and gooey, the cheese just melts so nicely. You can then top it with some of your favorite dried fruits or jams.

Ingredients:
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 pkg. (13.2 oz.) Alouette Baby Brie®, Original or Herb

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Roll out puff pastry to 1/8" thickness.
Place Baby Brie in center of pastry, pull up sides and crimp to enclose cheese. Turn over and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400ºF for 15 -- 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand 30 minutes before serving.
