They are stronger, coz they've got a higher BST. I'm sure that RoT EV trains while most PBR noobs don't.

@iJaydenn then how did he kill all 4 of them with no problem? when pokemon are all the same level, it doesn't matter if they're legendary or not. sure you may think that they're stronger, but that's just because they have that title of "legendary".
