SMKC pro in choir? well, i also not sure, but during my time Bolang Baling we pawn all.

What a terrible! The members don't even follow the conduct of the conductor! The more terrible thing is the conductor don't even know what is he doing! The conductor should be change! He should improve his skills and learn the meaning and ways to conduct. The members should be given imformations about looking at the conductor and follow his conduct too.
