I haven't heard this version since it has on CBC radio several years ago. Johnny Cash does an incredible job performing it. Johnny Cash recorded it only a few months before he past away. Thanks for the post. I love it!

its not suppose to gordon lightfoot its johnny cash. He's doing his own version. You can feel the pain in his voice.

it was good but the rose just got redundant....but the cuts and fades went well with the music
