Funny how true vegans eat natural fruits and veggies. Not to mention they live longer more healthier medication free lives.

STUPID NIGGERS, why dont you just eat shit !
-
Long live veganism!!!

Stop talking about soy and tofu.
Vegans eat far more than that and some don't even eat that.
Most vegans care about their health and easily avoid MSG

@Lonewolf253, the rave diet promotes high-carb, low-fat dieting, which can lead to malnutrition of fat soluble nutrients, obesity, low energy, reactive hypoglycemia and type 2 diabetes. You can check out my follow up video on long term vegan diet dangers and my video on dietary fats (the first video I made), for more extensive info.

@cafenoire73, if you are suffering from an overload of the toxic waste product called uric acid (causing gout), then you need to detoxify, by avoiding meats that contain purines. However, consuming purines, alone, do not cause gout, as proven by the "Eskimoes" on their native diets. Consuming too much fructose (a fruit sugar) prevents the body from removing uric acid. This doesn't mean that fruit is not healthy.

@cafenoire73, Zimbabweans have the lowest life expectancy in the world, not the Masai, and the reason for this is not based on having a high-fat/high-protein/low-carb diet. The scientific report that I referenced on the Japanese, who have the highest life expectancy in the world, proves that having a diet high in healthy animal fats and protein, and low in carbs, extends your life span.

@BourbonBabe, you boast about the "China Study" being factual. Here are some erroneous points from the China Study that were passed on as facts:
Pg. 213, "There are virtually no nutrients in animal-based foods that are not better provided by plants." Actually nutrients such as zinc, iron, calcium, vitamin A and B vitamins are much more efficiently absorbed, by humans, from animal-based foods. And plant-based vitamin B12 is not bioavailable to humans at all.

@BourbonBabe, another China Study error passed as fact:
Appendix starting on pg. 361, "Vitamin D deficiency is caused by eating dairy products and too much animal protein." This is not supported scientifically anywhere that I know of, and T. Colin Campbell doesn't reference any scientific/medical report, to support his claim.
Pg. 98, "Simple carbohydrates are found in foods like white bread crackers and chips made with white flour." Actually, simple carbs are sugars.

@cafenoire73, I only referenced the USDA once, which was a report on various industrialized products that contain nitrosamines, therefore, your unverified accusation of bias has no relevance. Also, the source (i.e. PubMed library) that I referenced here to debunk vegan falsehoods, is the same source that I've used exposing the link between digestive-cancers, and the consumption of processed meats containing nitrites (which is a HUGE industry).
