The Pentultimate

This is a video of my custom built Pentultimate puzzle.

As far as I am aware, this is the first working Pentultimate ever built.

Since this is a prototype, there are a few problems with movement. The puzzle is sensitive to alignment. As you will see in the video, I turn it over in my hands before each turn to make sure the pieces are lined up properly. Once lined up, rotational movement is fair.

That's true, but check out the second version in the video called "Pentultimate Version 2". It's much better! (tried to link the video here, and I think my comment was removed.)

The Pentultimate doesn't have a core. :)

NO IT IS NOT!! i have seen the build notes on this puzzle and it's an entirely new mech! The core and mechanism is no where near a skewb!

i know, but both are still a form of 12 sided skewb.

The skewb ultimate is a shape mod of a normal skewb! The mechanics of this puzzle is WAAY more complex!
