When you bore an engine, the size increases more with the longer the stroke. .060"+ bored short stroke engine won't increase in size as much as a .060"+ bored long stroke. .030+ 350ci = 355, .040+ 350ci =357. .060+ 283, very possible it could be a 292, I'd have to know the original bore & stroke to figure it out.

No, .060 is 60 thou of an inch, wouldn't make the cubic inch of the motor that much bigger, 60 is like the thickness of a few sheets of paper
