Perhaps the thing to do is to come to Florida - tour Jacksonville to Miami - and look at all the crap, falling down, unsafe houses your Builders Association is responsible for building. And speaking of glass houses, we can drive in my Toyota - runs & looks like new with 230,000 miles on it motor - typical of nearly all Toyotas.
