I agree, way too slow. It should be a slow/moderate NATURAL pace. One foot stepping up to the other makes a person look like they're limping. For my processional, I avoided songs like Pachelbel's Canon in D Mjr or Bach's Air on G String. Though they are beautiful songs, they're way overused. I had 2 Classical vocalists sing Leo Delibes' Flower Duet (Lakmé) w/ strings & piano. Ppl cried & were moved from hearing the song. There's lots of Classical pieces that can be used besides the usual stuff.
