The "Big Brother" Effect- CCTV

We had to make a project for our major, Introduction to New Communication Technology, and we were assigned the topic of "CCTV" or "Closed-Circuit Television". We weren't required to make a video but my partner and I thought it would be better since we are Mass Communication students.

It basically contains just the introduction about it, its short history, its uses, and its impact on our society today.
