Making a batch of rum, used 15 liters filtered Brita water and 11 kilograms of molasses.

  • I did this idea, i used two 12-15 ounce bottles of molasses. I put in 4 lbs of sugar, and 24 grams of yeast. I put it all the water, but added in 6 cans of all natural pineapple juice. I ferminated it for a week, and ages it for another. I tasted it and it doesnt seem that strong, any tips of how to make it stronger alch %
