A humorous take on the local news in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a "wintry mix" of ice, snow and sleet heads into the region, Suburban Weather Alert is a companion video for Roberta Lee's novel, Owning Betty. Owning Betty is the third novel in Suburban Sprawl, a cycle of titles that follows the same cast of characters as they seek spiritual awareness--or, in a few cases, have it thrust upon them. A decades old murder, a claustrophobic landscape of recurring ice storms and a dead husband who refuses to let go with love combine to make Owning Betty quirky, creepy, sexy and thought provoking.
